Difference between Basic & Expert Support Print

We have two level support system:

  1. Basic Support. We provide you service oriented support however we do not guarantee any linux related help.
  2. Expert Support. One of our support agents will always be ready to help you with linux related issues including issues with Pterodactyl Panel and many more.

Due to large amount of users, we might not able to guarantee expert support for all of our users so we might have to ask you to upgrade your cloud server to 12 GB plan or more.
